DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

Engineering and resources

Our engineering design capabilities have always been an integral part of our services, fostering creative collaboration that fosters a smoother design process and improved, energy-efficient solutions for every design task.

We have a wide range of resources for solving all aspects of any technical task, with an emphasis on civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire engineering, as well as an analysis of life safety and compliance with established technical standards. Our experience shows that the most successful projects involve earlier collaboration between key employees of the project management team during planning and design - usually this is the customer, architect, engineer, contractor and suppliers.

We establish common features of the project development direction, common processes and a clear management structure. This contributes to continuous communication throughout the life of the project. Collaboration at an early stage of the project leads to a more complete plan and a more detailed and detailed budget. In addition, we use a continuous assessment process: a paradigm shift from the traditional view that the assessment process ends when construction begins. We continue to improve our plans as the project develops and is working to achieve our goals more efficiently, both in design and in the budget.

Is a culture and way of thinking that requires you to focus on improving quality by increasing efficiency and productivity. We have always strived for continuous quality improvement, including waste optimization in the project, excluding elements that create added value during the design process and subsequent construction. Ultimately, success depends on the people and values of the organization

Our culture of continuous improvement and training, is perhaps best illustrated by how we look for new technologies and innovative solutions that can bring the greatest benefit to our customers. We use tools that increase the efficiency of our project, reducing errors, increasing the accuracy of our estimates and improving visualization, but most importantly we use technologies that make sense and clearly add value to your project.

Thanks to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC), our company takes the industry away from traditional 2D drawings and replaces them with virtual 3D models. Over the past 5 years, we used BIM in almost all of our complex projects, which significantly increased efficiency, reduced subsequent changes during construction and minimized subsequent changes that led to additional costs and increased construction schedules, which also increased the efficiency of the facility. Our design team is able to accurately generate digital layouts that can be visualized with various methods including virtual reality helmets. This allows our customers to take virtual walks through the designed spaces providing valuable feedback during the life of the entire project. In addition, virtual layouts can be quickly customized, greatly reducing feedback processing time and increasing efficiency. Using 3D layouts, we can eliminate potential conflicts in the layout and reduce the likelihood of subsequent changes or orders for changes in the construction process.

The process of detecting and resolving conflicts during 3D modeling has proven to be effective in reducing the number of requests for information (RFI) and subsequent Change Orders in the project. We constantly analyze the project modeling throughout the design process to identify and correct potential conflicts and ensure constructiveness. Our design engineers are well versed in many modern platforms, including Autodesk, Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max.

When a project schedule is combined with a building information model (BIM), it provides valuable visualization of the construction process. This allows all interested parties to understand and participate in the planning at each stage of the project. 4D design helps us identify potential problems and conflicts in planning, gaps that have arisen, and opportunities to improve the project.

Allows us to measure, plan and transfer existing structures and mechanical, electrical and plumbing elements with an accuracy of a few milli meters to newly created digital projects, which ensures that objects in the new model will exactly match existing conditions, effectively reducing risk of repeated work, delays and changes in orders. We use the most advanced laser equipment and related software.

For which visualization technology is used to cover every stage of the project from all sides, including 360-degree photography, live web cameras, drone - for various operational purposes, such as shooting, three-dimensional mapping, inspections and safety conditions , and can significantly improve the resources spent on some of these time-consuming tasks.

All this allows you to get a comprehensive image of the spaces both at the preliminary stage of construction and during construction, and can provide a general view for third-party viewing and a panoramic view without visiting the facility.
