As construction managers, we act as contractors for the customer, providing administrative and management services from planning to construction and commissioning and as an agent of the customer, but we are not, in this case, the construction contractor in the classical sense of this definition. Nevertheless, at the same time, we are simultaneously involved in the project with the design organization, which contributes to active participation in monitoring the progress of design work and considering the requirements for building manufacturability, which requires an exceptionally high level of supervision and expert knowledge and controlling the construction schedule, adjusting him in order to minimize construction time.
The essence of construction management is to simultaneously control the cost, timing, and quality of work, ensuring the requirements set by the customer. In this form, construction companies are not subordinate to the general contractor, as in the traditional contract form, but directly to the customer, whose representative we are. Our experience and knowledge in the method of construction management come from the period until the foundation of our company, when we carried out our activities as a construction division of ISHENGIR, thereby fully occupying the niche for the provision of full construction management services.
